I brought a group of twenty people in to Palo Alto, both via SFO and SJC. I shopped around for a service that would let my travelers independently call but have the charge billed to me. Since I did not know when they were coming in or whether they wanted the service, there was quite a bit of uncertainty. This service was at or below the prices of others, and Gary readily took on the service. All of my travelers expressed satisfaction and they were especially pleased to see text messages as soon as their planes arrived indicating that their ride was at the airport.
