Love this limo service! Definitely the best that my husband and I have run across. Online booking was easy, and the process was clear. Scheduling confirmation was received within the hour.

They pick you up and have a bottle of water waiting for you. The cars are clean and comfortable. They ask if this is your first visit, and if so point out some places of interest. Loved that they could ‘read’ their clients and be chatty…. or not, based on the client’s mood and need (sometimes an overly chatty driver can be an annoyance).

One of the fabulous cars they have to offer is a Tesla. Yeah, that’s right…. you might get picked up in a Tesla. Who doesn’t want to see one of those in action, huh!??!

Payment is easy with the credit card and an invoice is received within hours of drop off (which is perfect for the business traveler).

Am I missing anything? Gary is the owner and he’s super nice. My husband has used this service a few times since our initial visit. He will continue to use the service whenever he has business in the area!

I have not used a limo service for years, but decided to give Palo Alto Limo a shot to assure an on-time trip to the airport. Wow, what a success! I was picked up on time by a great driver with a beautiful black Suburban, beautifully cared for . This company is terrific.

We decided to get a car service for 3 couples who were going to dinner and to the ELO concert on the day of the event.

I wasn’t confident we would be able to get a car but Gary came through for us! We got their very large SUV and had his driver CK drive us. Everything went smoothly and they even had champagne glasses for us as we had to do a little pre party celebration as it was my wife’s birthday as well. He showed up almost 10 min early and got us down to SJ in good time.

Gary was very personable and I felt like I knew him for a long time even though it was for the first time. He followed up with us even during our ride to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Palo Alto Limo Service is my choice for transportation in the area.

I travel to Palo Alto and Mountain View very frequently for work, and I always fly into SFO, because there’s not a direct flight into SJC. In the past, I took taxis, but the cost was astronomical. They charge 150% after the first 15 miles! After getting burned several times and paying out the nose for rides in dirty, smelly taxis, I finally wizened up and starting booking with these guys.

Palo Alto Limo Service does it better for cheaper. And the service is impeccable.

Every ride includes personal, prompt service. As soon as I land, I immediately get a text message from the driver. The cars are comfortable and clean, and I have the choice of making phone calls, chatting with the driver, or just closing my eyes to relax and enjoy the ride. They have my credit card on file too, so it kind of like using Uber — it’s great to be able to just get out and go.

Plus, as an entrepreneur, it feels good to support another entrepreneur. The owner, Gary, still drives a car once in awhile, and I had the opportunity to ride with him last week. When I mentioned that I lived in Asia for years, he busted out some seriously awesome Japanese conversational skills! I was super impressed.

The bottom line is that they’re the best. I’m now a loyal client for life, and I highly recommend you become one too.
