Recent Yelp Review –

Palo Alto Limo brought my husband and I to our wedding last weekend – him and his best friend in a Tesla, and me and my family in an SUV.

Both drivers were on-time, the cars were clean and in great condition, and payment was easy (I gave my credit card information in advance and got a receipt that afternoon once we had taken the two rides).

We changed the time of our reservation several times, and Raudel (my point of contact) had no problem updating the schedule. Someone from Palo Alto Limo always got back to me within a couple of hours, and even if Raudel wasn’t in the office, someone would reply and tell me exactly when he would be in to respond.

With so many things happening on our wedding day, it was great not to worry about our transportation. Thanks Raudel and Palo Alto Limo!

So I get a call about 20min before my pickup time. The guy says the 101 was a parking lot due to a major accident, and that he’s expecting longer than normal traffic. So he came early, and got me to the airport (creatively navigating) with plenty of time to spare. We passed the 101 and indeed it was no movement for as far as the eye could see. His initiative probably saved my flight!
