Bookings

Reservations can be made online, by phone, text or via email.

A confirmation will be sent once the booking is finalized.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate details, including pickup and drop-off locations, dates, and times.

PAYMENTS

All payments must be made in USD (United States Dollars).

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), cash, ACH, gold, silver and other approved payment methods.

A deposit may be required for certain bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. 14/7 days notice required for full refunds on buses or shuttles depending on size.

Cancellations within 24-48 hours of the reservation will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 72 hour cancellation notice required for buses and shuttles.

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of service will be charged the full amount.

Additional Charges

Waiting time beyond the first 10 minutes is charged at $25 per 15-minute increments.

Additional stops are subject to fees ranging from $25 to $50 per stop, depending on the duration and/or distance.

Late Night Charges- $25 11:00 pm through 12:59 am, $50 1:00 am through 4:29 am, $25 4:30 am through 5:59 am

International Curbside Pickup- $25, International Gate Meet $50

Domestic Gate Meet- $25

$50 Holiday Fee

Change Fee- Up to $25 at admin discretion

CONDUCT

Passengers must adhere to safety guidelines and regulations during the ride.

Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will result in additional charges for repairs or cleaning. Throw up clean up begins at $500

Service Limitations

Palo Alto Limo is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Palo Alto Limo is not liable for lost or damaged items.

Licensing and Insurance

Palo Alto Limo is fully licensed and insured under CA PUC TCP-P #34084 for your peace of mind.

Our chauffeurs are professionally attired, licensed, and fluent in English. They will arrive promptly and ensure a safe, courteous, and professional experience.

Service Area

We proudly serve the Entire San Francisco Bay Area, including SFO, SJC, and OAK airports, as well as surrounding cities and destinations.

Special Requests

Luxury upgrades, specific vehicle requests, or additional amenities can be arranged upon request. Please contact us in advance to ensure availability.

LIABILITY

Palo Alto Limo reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for safety or policy reasons.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

UPDATES

Palo Alto Limo reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
